Bessie Moline Hubbard, known by friends and family as “Bea” loved the Lord and joined him in Heaven August 21, 2023. She was born July 19, 1922, and lived a blessed 101 years of life. She is survived by her two younger sisters Edith Doucette and Velma Scruggs as well as her three children L. Darline Connolley, Kenneth C. Hubbard and Patricia L. Humphrey. Bea had 6 grandchildren. 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Bea was loving and helpful to many in her extensive lifetime. She was a hard-working frugal matriarch of her family. She was loved and will be missed by numerous family members and close friends.
At age 38 Bea’s beloved husband Edgar Q Hubbard passed away. She was left as a Gold Star wife with three young children. She raised their children and nurtured many young boys and girls in her large family and close circle of friends.
101 years encompassed so many experiences both happy and tragic. Bea met them all with unbridled determination. In her lifetime she touched many lives. Bea is and will continue to be missed by all that knew her.
