Barbara Ann Winger

Barbara Ann Winger was born on December 16, 1956 in Bitburg, Germany and died peacefully in her Port Orchard, Washington home on August 15, 2020 . Barbara worked for Security Finanical Services and enjoyed helping her clients and working with her community. She enjoyed wathing Nascar and playing bingo at the Red Dog Saloon; where she created many friendships over the years.
She is survived by her mother Kathy Tallent her siblings Inga Russell (Harvey Russel) Karen Obert , Mike Tallent (Shirley Tallent) Jerry Tallent (Ginny Tallent) and two sons Jason Winger and Erick Winger (Julie Winger) and two Daughters; Melissa Marsh (Joseph Marsh} and Alyssia Miller. She had many grandchildren and god children who called her "Nana" and loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father Walter Tallent.
Her kindness, strength, compassion for others will never be forgotten.
A service is to be held September 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea - 511 Veneta Ave Bremerton WA 98337.
